  • 8 oz ramen noodles (fresh or dried)
  • 2 green onions, sliced thinly
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, bok choy)
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 soft-boiled eggs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather and chop garlic and ginger; set aside.
  2. Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  3. Add minced garlic and ginger over the chicken.
  4. Pour chicken broth over the chicken until submerged.
