  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly coat a baking dish with olive oil.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in the dish and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle cumin evenly over each breast.
  3. Pour salsa generously over the chicken until covered but not submerged.
  4. Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
