Description

Ingredients

  • 1 bone-in turkey breast (46 lbs)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper until combined.
  4. Rub the seasoning mixture generously over the turkey breast.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together honey and balsamic vinegar. Drizzle some over the seasoned turkey.
  6. Place the turkey in a roasting pan skin-side up and roast for about 1.5 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  7. Baste halfway through cooking with pan juices for extra flavor and moisture.
  8. Allow the turkey to rest for at least 15 minutes before slicing.
