- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Rub the seasoning mixture generously over the turkey breast.
- In another bowl, whisk together honey and balsamic vinegar. Drizzle some over the seasoned turkey.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan skin-side up and roast for about 1.5 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Baste halfway through cooking with pan juices for extra flavor and moisture.
- Allow the turkey to rest for at least 15 minutes before slicing.
