- ¾ cup plain breadcrumbs

- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, grated zucchini, corn, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Moisten your hands slightly and form the mixture into patties about ½ inch thick. Place them on a parchment-lined platter.
- Heat olive oil in a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the burgers.
- Cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
