  • 2 cups hickory or mesquite wood chips (soaked)

Instructions

  1. Rinse the brisket under cold water and pat dry; trim excess fat if needed.
  2. Rub the corned beef seasoning evenly over the brisket.
  3. Soak wood chips in water for 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat smoker to 225°F (107°C).
