  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 28 oz canned crushed tomatoes
  • 1 cup red wine
  • 12 oz pappardelle pasta
  • 2 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 2 bay leaves

Instructions
