- 4 medium zucchinis (sliced into 1/4-inch rounds)
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 15 oz ricotta cheese (whole milk)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup garlic croutons (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Arrange half of the marinara sauce on the bottom of the prepared pan. Layer zucchini slices over the sauce.
- Add dollops of ricotta cheese, followed by a generous sprinkle of mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Season with Italian seasoning.
- Repeat the layering process until ingredients are used up, finishing with mozzarella and croutons on top. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
