- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Peel and cube the butternut squash into bite-sized pieces. Toss with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, pepper, and chopped sage. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until tender.
- While the squash roasts, sauté sliced apples in a pan with the remaining olive oil over medium heat for about 5 minutes until slightly caramelized.
- Roll out the pizza dough on parchment paper to a 12-inch round.
- Spread roasted butternut squash evenly over the dough, add sautéed apples, and tear pieces of burrata on top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
