  • 2 cups marinara sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 cup whole milk ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  3. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom.
  4. Layer half of the ravioli evenly over the sauce.
  5. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese with Italian seasoning and half of the chopped basil; spread this mixture over the ravioli.
  6. Add another layer of marinara sauce followed by half of the mozzarella cheese.
  7. Repeat steps 4 to 6 for a second layer.
  8. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  9. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving; garnish with remaining basil.
