- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- Gradually add flour, mixing gently until a soft dough forms.
- Roll tablespoons of dough into balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each.
- Create an indentation in the center of each ball using your thumb or the end of a wooden spoon.
- Spoon raspberry jam into each thumbprint without overfilling, then sprinkle with sliced almonds.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or until lightly golden around the edges. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks.
