  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  3. Form into a ball, flatten into a disk, and chill for 30 minutes.

  6. Whisk together eggs, lemon juice, zest, and sugar; pour into cooled crust.
  7. Bake for an additional 25-30 minutes until set but slightly wobbly in the center. Cool at room temperature before refrigerating.
  8. Arrange fresh berries on top before serving and dust with powdered sugar.
