  • 12 fresh jalapenos
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon bits
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice each jalapeno in half lengthwise and remove seeds for less heat.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon bits, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well blended.
  4. Generously fill each jalapeno half with the cheesy mixture.
  5. Coat each stuffed jalapeno in panko breadcrumbs.
  6. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
