  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and lemon juice until combined.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the salmon bites in a single layer and cook until golden brown on one side (about 3 minutes).
  4. Flip the salmon and pour the honey garlic mixture over them. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until glazed.
  5. For added crunch, sprinkle sesame seeds in the last minute of cooking.
  6. Remove from heat and serve warm.
