Instructions

  2. Sift almond flour and powdered sugar together in a bowl to eliminate lumps.
  3. In a clean mixing bowl, whip egg whites until foamy. Gradually add granulated sugar, beating until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the meringue until fully combined but still smooth.
  5. Transfer the batter into a piping bag and pipe heart shapes onto prepared baking sheets, allowing space between each.
  6. Bake for 15-18 minutes until firm but not browned. Cool completely before removing from parchment paper.
