- 2 sheets puff pastry (thawed)
- 1 cup Greek yogurt

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Bake on the prepared sheet for 20-25 minutes until cooked through. Cool and shred.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, celery, herbs, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard until well combined.
- Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into squares (4×4 inches).
