  • 1 cup carrots, julienned
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 1 tbsp water (for thickening)
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. 1. Prep your ingredients: Chop bell peppers, julienne carrots, cut broccoli into small florets, mince garlic, and slice green onions.
  2. 2. Cook the noodles: Boil water in a pot and cook lo mein noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Rinse under cold water and set aside.
