Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease your bundt pan well.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, sugars, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until combined.
- In another bowl, cream the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in buttermilk and vanilla until just combined.
- Gradually fold in the dry ingredients until just mixed; be careful not to overmix. Fold in the citrus zest gently.
- Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and smooth the top. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
