  • 1 cup bell peppers (red and yellow), sliced thinly

  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 fresh chilies (optional), sliced

Instructions

  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat until shimmering.

  5. Add bell peppers, soy sauce, and oyster sauce; stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until veggies are slightly softened.
