Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (1.5 lbs)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 24 oz marinara sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 12 oz spaghetti noodles
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Spray the crockpot with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot and pour marinara sauce over them until fully submerged.
  3. Sprinkle Italian seasoning on top.
  4. Cut cream cheese into cubes and scatter over the chicken.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours until chicken shreds easily.
  6. About 30 minutes before serving, add uncooked spaghetti to the crockpot and stir gently. Cook until al dente.
