- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- Cinnamon sugar mixture (1/4 cup sugar + 2 tsp cinnamon)
Instructions

- In a bowl, mash the bananas until smooth, leaving some chunks for texture.
- Mix in the eggs, oil (or butter), and milk (or yogurt) until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Gently fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Layer half of the batter into the loaf pan, sprinkle with half of the cinnamon sugar mixture, then top with remaining batter and cinnamon sugar.
- Bake for about 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
