  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  2. Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat; stir in brown and granulated sugars until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat; whisk in eggs one at a time and add vanilla.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Gradually fold into the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. For the cinnamon swirl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl; dollop over the batter and swirl gently with a knife.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely.
  7. Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until fluffy; frost cooled blondies.
