  • 1 bell pepper (any color), chopped
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 cup tortilla strips (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by chopping the onions, garlic, bell peppers, and cilantro.
