- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup low-sodium vegetable broth

- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning blend

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Chop the chicken into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and set aside.
