- 6 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Juice of 1 lemon
- ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
- Salt and pepper to taste

- 2. Cook the fresh linguine until al dente (3-5 minutes), then drain and set aside, reserving some pasta water.
