  • 1 pound pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 cups Brussels sprouts, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup cremini mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 oz prosciutto, thinly sliced
  • 10 fresh sage leaves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Optional: 2 tbsp balsamic glaze

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Sauté the sliced Brussels sprouts and mushrooms for 5-7 minutes until softened.
  3. In another pan, crisp the prosciutto over medium-high heat for about 3-4 minutes. Add sage leaves until crispy.
  4. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and place it on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  5. Spread the sautéed veggies evenly over the dough, then sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Crumble crispy prosciutto and add fried sage leaves.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and crust is golden brown. Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
