  • 4 cups stale sourdough or whole grain bread, cubed
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

  • 1 cup cooked meat (bacon or sausage), optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
