  5. Gradually add the dry mixture into the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined—avoid overmixing.
  6. Fold in the chopped Andes mints until evenly distributed.
  7. Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set but centers remain soft.
