Description

Air Fryer Pepperoni Pizza Pockets are the ultimate quick and delicious snack! These crispy pockets are filled with gooey mozzarella cheese and savory pepperoni, making them perfect for movie nights, game days, or a busy lunch.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pizza dough (store-bought)
  • 15 slices pepperoni
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Olive oil spray
  • Marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thick. Cut into 4-inch squares.
  2. Place pepperoni and mozzarella in the center of each square, sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  3. Fold the squares into triangles and pinch edges to seal tightly.
  4. Lightly spray tops with olive oil and place in the air fryer basket.
  5. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown.
