  • 3 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Prepare your strawberries by washing and hulling them. Slice in half and sprinkle with sugar; allow to macerate.
  2. Dissolve gelatin powder in warm water and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whip heavy cream on medium speed until soft peaks form.
  4. Combine macerated strawberries, whipped cream, vanilla extract, and dissolved gelatin in another bowl. Gently fold to incorporate.
  5. Layer half of the mousse into serving glasses, add sliced strawberries, then top with more mousse.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 3-4 hours until set. Serve topped with whipped cream and fresh strawberry slices.
