Description

Curry deviled eggs are a flavorful twist on the classic appetizer, combining creamy yolks with aromatic curry spices for a delightful taste.   • 6 large hard-boiled eggs
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp curry powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions
  • Paprika for garnish

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs by covering them with cold water in a pot. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then cover and turn off the heat. Let sit for 12 minutes before cooling in ice water.
  2. Once cooled, peel the eggs and slice each in half lengthwise. Scoop out the yolks into a bowl.
  3. Mash yolks until smooth and mix in mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, curry powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Fill each egg white half with the yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
  5. Top with chopped green onions and sprinkle paprika for garnish.
