  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

  3. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika; sear in the skillet for about 5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from the pan.
  4. Add minced garlic and halved Brussels sprouts to the same skillet; stir-fry for about 8-10 minutes until tender and starting to caramelize.
  5. Return chicken to the skillet, pour in chicken broth, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Just before serving, drizzle lemon juice over the dish for an added zing.
