  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup (low-sodium)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 12 oz fresh or frozen tortellini
  • 2 cups fresh spinach or kale
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Seasonings: salt, pepper, Italian seasoning to taste

Instructions

  1. Spray the crockpot with nonstick spray.
  2. Place chicken breasts at the bottom and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream of chicken soup with chicken broth until smooth; pour over the chicken.
  4. Layer spinach on top followed by tortellini.
