  • 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 package (16 oz) frozen pierogi
  • 2 medium carrots, chopped
  • 2 Yukon Gold potatoes, diced (about 1 lb)
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill weed
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
