- 8 oz Lo Mein noodles
- 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 tbsp light brown sugar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water (slurry)
Instructions
- Gather and prep all ingredients: chop vegetables and mince garlic.
