- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups low-sodium beef broth
- 1/4 cup flour
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, egg, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté onions until translucent.

- Sear meatballs in the skillet until browned on all sides; remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, whisk flour into drippings until smooth. Gradually add beef broth while stirring until thickened.
- Stir in heavy cream and Dijon mustard. Return meatballs to skillet; simmer for about 10 minutes.
