Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Korean BBQ sauce (plus extra for tossing)
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, garlic, green onions, panko breadcrumbs, egg, sesame oil, and half of the Korean BBQ sauce. Mix until just combined.
  3. Form mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs (about 20).
  4. Arrange meatballs on a lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  5. While baking, mix mayonnaise and Sriracha in a small bowl for the dip.
  6. Once cooked, toss meatballs in remaining Korean BBQ sauce before serving with spicy mayo dip.
