- 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup Korean BBQ sauce (plus extra for tossing)
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Sriracha
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, garlic, green onions, panko breadcrumbs, egg, sesame oil, and half of the Korean BBQ sauce. Mix until just combined.
- Form mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs (about 20).
- Arrange meatballs on a lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- While baking, mix mayonnaise and Sriracha in a small bowl for the dip.
- Once cooked, toss meatballs in remaining Korean BBQ sauce before serving with spicy mayo dip.
