  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (dark preferred)
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 3 tbsp milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Roll out the cinnamon roll dough into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
  3. In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, cream cheese, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract until smooth, then spread over the dough.
