  • 1 boneless, skinless turkey breast (about 2 lbs)
  • 1 cup plain full-fat yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons tandoori masala
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon garlic and ginger paste
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, tandoori masala, lemon juice, garlic ginger paste, salt, and pepper until well combined. Coat the turkey breast thoroughly in the marinade.
  2. Cover and marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight for best flavor.

  4. Place marinated turkey in the air fryer basket and cook at 360°F (182°C) for 25-30 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
