  • 4 cups low-sodium vegetable broth
  • 2 stalks fresh lemongrass, bruised
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 2 sliced chili peppers (adjust to taste)

Instructions
