  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 20 potsticker wrappers
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil (for frying)
  • Water (for steaming)

Instructions

  1. Prep the ingredients: Mince garlic, grate ginger, and chop green onions.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground chicken with garlic, ginger, green onions, soy sauce, and sesame oil until well combined.
  3. Place about 1 tablespoon of the filling in the center of each potsticker wrapper. Moisten edges with water and fold in half to seal.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Arrange potstickers flat side down and cook until golden brown on one side.
  5. Carefully add water to cover about 1/3 of the potstickers. Cover immediately and steam for 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
  6. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
