  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 8 oz fusilli pasta
  • 4 cups fresh romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1/2 cup croutons
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
