  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup seasoned Italian bread crumbs

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, parmesan, bread crumbs, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper until just combined.
  3. Form the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
